1. Subscription Cancellation

Our subscription cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

2. Project Cancellation

For custom development projects and consulting services:

  • Projects can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice.
  • You will be billed for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
  • Any prepaid amounts for work not yet started will be refunded.
  • Project assets and documentation will be transferred upon final payment.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policies are as follows:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • Project deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced.
  • Refunds for prepaid services will be credited within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Special Circumstances

In certain situations, we may consider exceptions:

  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours may qualify for partial refunds.
  • Force majeure events may affect cancellation and refund policies.
  • Special arrangements can be made for long-term customers.
  • All exceptions are subject to management approval.
